| bigbuyer's Full Review: Sherwood RVD-6095R Receiver |
I have owned several Sherwood receivers over the years. They have never failed me. I have high-end equipment that cost more than some people's car! Don't let the lower cost of this receiver scare you. Sherwood puts good quality components in their equipment. It will not fry or warp from heat and time. My Sherwood receiver has plenty of power and sounds GREAT with a GOOD set of speakers. Remember-speaker quality and placement makes a huge difference in sound. Sherwood tends to scrimp on digital Ins and OUTs but if you don't need them (I do) don't sweat it. I have used their Tech Support several times and they have been very helpful. Go for it! Oh, I've sold some of my other Sherwood equipment to my FRIENDS because I KNOW it will last and sound very nice for years.
