| violatorjf's Full Review: Aiwa TS-W60 Subwoofer Speaker |
The first day I bought this Subwoofer from Circuit City, I couldn't wait to get it home. I'd just bought a new pair of speakers the day before, and I needed that extra punch that only a well-crafted Subwoofer could bring along. When I hooked up the Subwoofer to my stereo, I was amazed. I expected nowhere NEAR that good of sound from a 120 watt Subwoofer. I realized that I really didn't need the new speakers I'd purchased the day before because the Subwoofer added what I'd been missing for so long, room-shaking bass. About 6 months later, I moved it downstairs to use with our surround system. I was very surprised when I noticed how it conveniently fit behind my sectional sofa, hiding it from the rest of the crowd. It's the golden touch to our system, especially since corners are the best place to set Subwoofers. It's incredibly easy to adjust the settings on this Subwoofer, just a few knobs and clicks. This Sub delivers great bass for the price, just has a bit of trouble with the low frequencies. Once again, you have to remember that it's only an 8" sub. Weighing out the pros and cons, this subwoofer is definitely worth the money.
