| bradywh12345's Full Review: Aiwa TS-W60 Subwoofer Speaker |
I bought this subwoofer because first i blew my 10" in my loudspeakers and second the replacements from radioshack were in nice terms bad. I then had a set of bookshelf speakers and thought that a subwoofer would probably do the job fine. I looks at sony's line of seperate subwoofer, first lookin at the small 60 watt with an 8" in it. I read opinions from this site and found that is was not even worth it. Sony just brought out a 12" sub with 120 watts (i think), but it was 200 bucks, which wasnt bad but it was ugly too. I then found this aiwa, i have always disliked aiwa's minisystems, yet always liking the subwoofer that came with some models. That subwoofer was a little smaller, but looked the same. I decided since i have heard the aiwa and liked the price, that i would buy it. I am a big sony fan, always looking to see what they have out first, but never liking their speakers, car nor home. I was satisfied with my aiwa, yet wishing i had a 300 or 400 watt powered cerwin vega, etc.
