Pros: Well engineered, good sound, comfortable, and tough.
Cons: A half decent headphone amp is needed for these to sound good.
The Bottom Line: They've lasted me three years and I would buy another set in a heartbeat if this one broke.

I've been using these for about 3 years now and consider them to be an excellent set of headphones that aren't without problems.
They sound good and clear to me, although I'm sure I've lost quite a bit of hearing. They are VERY comfortable to wear for hours at a time sitting on a computer and look pretty sharp if your concerned about that.
They are also pretty easy to take apart, and the detachable cord is something you won't find on many sets of cheaper headphones and has saved this pair more then once. Instead of ripping or damaging the cord if you snag it on something it simply pops out without causing any damage (hopefully). The cord itself seems pretty durable as well.
On the other hand, they are VERY picky about what you plug them into. Sound quality varies considerably depending on what what they are hooked into. They can actually sound pretty bad when hooked up to something that can't provide them with enough juice. I've never seen this sort of sensitivity before and its something to consider before buying them. This can manifest itself in either low volume, distortion or lack of dynamic range. Any sound problems I have had with these headphones can be traced back to what I was using them on at the time.
I haven't tried them in any portable devices and they may pose a problem for these headphones. Not that they are well suited for portable use anyways.
When working properly, you can feel the bass from them in your gut, and the higher ranges remain fairly clear no matter how much you abuse them.
