but other than that it stores up to 6GB of music, is the size of a CD player, and took you an inordinate amount of time to set up, I have no clue how this player works.

What on earth do you have to do that it took hours to set up, a large chunk of that spent before you transferred music to the device? My MP3 player was up and running in five minutes, and I had a CF card with about 30 songs less than 20 minutes later.

What type of storage media does it use? Are the 6GB on a hard drive or on some other type of media? If so, what?

What type of controls does it have? Can I use random play? Play lists? Continuous play? Programs? How sensitive is the volume control? Does it get loud enough to hear in crowds?

What type of headphones does it come with? Are they comfortable? How does the music sound?

Does it use removeable rechargeable batteries or a built-in battery? How long does it take to recharge? How much less than the four hours do you get? Are there any options to get a bigger battery?

Sorry, but I just don't feel like I know that much about the device after reading your review.
