Pros: long battery life, 40 second anti-shock memory, reasonable price
Cons: my anti-shock doesn't work anymore!
The Bottom Line: a good cd player for basic use. not good for everyday jogging / exposure to shock.

| twnguy808's Full Review: Panasonic SL-SX270 Personal CD Player |
Bought this CD player for jogging. It was working perfectly until a little over a year after owning it. I go jogging 3~4 times a week. Recently, the anti-skip protection has not been working. I have to hold the CD player in a horizontal position for it not to skip. I've tried everything from putting in fresh batteries, trying other CDs thinking that my CD may be warped etc.. But no luck. It was a great little CD player when it worked. Good sound, nice features etc. I'm kind of disappointed. The problem started happening only after the warranty expired. Maybe I should get an MP3 memory player since there are no moving parts. Or maybe a MD player instead.
