Pros: Good concept, appears well-made
Cons: Doesn't work. Won't initialize discs. No support.
The Bottom Line: Unless you're lucky enough to have it work immediately out of the box I'd return any unit ordered and avoid ordering anything from this company as it provides no support.

| dmw5193's Full Review: Rio Rave MP2300 (40 MB) MP3 Player |
I purchased my Rave 2300 in October. I dealt with a hard drive issue and finally connected the 2300 in November. I have been unable to use the software provided with the unit. I have been unable to obtain any kind of support from Sensory Science in Phoenix AZ, let alone technical support. I have been referred to various web sites for FAQ which do not apply. Iomega which makes the drive system refers me to Sensory Science for support questions. I'm stuck with an unworkable player. I can't comment on the durability, sound or battery life because unit DOESN'T WORK! Look for it cheap on eBay.
