After looking at many cd designs and features I finally decided to buy this cd player. It looked great and had that nice circular design which was unbeatable on the market.
I went out and purchased the set and began listening to a few cds when I noticed that the headphones that came along with the player did not match the quality capability of the set. The set had digital base quality settings while the headphones were more or less generic.
After purchasing the Sony Street-style headphones with support for digital streaming base the sound quality was much improved. Each song had the quality of base the set advertised and songs sounded like I was listening to them on a room cd player.
The player lived up to all the over expectations I had for a cd player. The functions on the player were sufficient if not exceedingly capable and the g-protection by Sony makes for a virtual skip-free CD player. You can listen to basically any cd with great sound quality on this set and not have to worry about being interrupted.
