Sometimes I forget what I am doing when I stop to answer a question. Have you ever done that? Well, I hate it when my CD player does that. I stop it to do something and when I hit play I find that it always goes back to the beginning of the selection. I no longer have to put up with that. A couple days ago I picked up the Portable Sony CD player D-EJ616CK. I can stop mid-track, the player will turn off and when I turn it on again it resumes its play at the very same spot. If my brain worked that way I’d solve a million mysteries of my forgotten yesterdays.
The second best thing to this CD Walkman is its G-Protection. Shake it, smack it, whack it and attack it. It won’t let you down. The music keeps on coming without interruption. All those other CD players that offer ten second to forty second skip protection, just toss them. Don’t even waste your time considering anything less. This is the ultimate. You won’t miss a single beat.
Do not give a second thought to dropping it in your pocket. After setting the “hold” button, the settings will not change. You can press against it with your body and it will remain true to your request: play on. That saves you the hassle of having to pull it back out and reset it.
I waited two months before I finally decided to hop on this one. It does not look fancy like so many others, but like they say “Looks isn’t everything”. It has the look of simple elegance with a heart of fidelity. Get it!
