Good Stuff
I bought this CD player about 14 months ago, and I really don't have many complaints. It has worked great most of the time, and in general it has great sound, and the headphones are really good. Actually, the the main reason I like the headphones a lot is because they are small (they aren't those kind bigger than a person's head) and yet they produce great sound, and the person next to me doesn't hear what I hear. I know that people out there have seen those kinds of headphone's where the listener hears music and so do 5 people sitting within a 15 foot radius of that person. The headphones that come with this CD player don't do that at all, even at max volume and not being worn (the sound goes farther when you don't have someone's head quieting the sound), you still can't hear them from farther than 5 feet away. They are just designed not to project the sound far, but rather to keep it around a certain area.
The "remote control" feature which is part of the wire is very handy, I use it if I am walking or simply don't want to take out the player to change stations etc. The ESP is enough to let you listen to a CD while jogging and the rechargeable battery is great. The radio is pretty good, and it has plenty of space for presets. It is pretty durable too, I have dropped it one or two times and it seems fine to me.
Bad Stuff
There are really only two bad aspects of this player for me. One is that it is a little bit on the big side, as far as CD players go. I personally don't care, but there are smaller and lighter CD players out there. I think the reason is that it has a battery charger (the rechargeable battery comes with it) and the the radio build into the unit, whereas other lighter players just play CDs. The other problem I had was that the headphones/remote control broke once. But I sent them in (they have a 1 year warranty) and originally got better headphones but they didn't have the remote control. I sent those back and they sent me the exact right kind, oh well everyone makes mistakes. The shipping was really fast too, it only took like 5 days for me to get a package from when I sent a letter asking for new ones.
Overall this was a great purchase and I would recommend this player...
