| supergurl8's Full Review: Sony Network Walkman NW-E3 (64 MB) MP3 Player |
Good:
The Sony NW-E3 is very impressive in size and music quality. It is the size of a normal cigarette lighter and you get cd quality music. For my sony nw-e3, i can fit around 17-21 songs, depending on track size. The buttons are very useful with the good quality expected of Sony.
Bad:
Even though it only takes 1 AAA battery, its still is an annoyance how fast the battery runs out (4 hours average) and the fact there is no recharger. Changing formats of your music (i.e. mp3 to the sony atrac3) takes a lot of time (5 min per song) however is the reason you can fit so many songs onto it. The program that comes with it (Open MG Jukebox) is quite slow but easy to use. The sony Nw-e3 is definitely one of the best digital audio (called so because it is not a true mp3 player) players out there, however if you just want a simple mp3 player, i do not recommend it because you can get better quality players for much less.
If you want a quality digital audio player at an impressive size, get the Sony Nw-e3, however if you are looking not to pay so much you can find much better quality players (a bit larger in size though) such as nomads, yapps, and diamond rios.
