The Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 subwoofers surely live up to more than I had bargained for. I bought a pair of these from a friend, although they were a few months old, I have still have not located any flaws whatsoever as of now.
So what do we really desire when it comes to selected a pair or single of subwoofers. We want reasonable prices, that match up to solid performance and sound output. It is not something so hard to find out on the market of today. You have to know what you want and where to find it. The design of the Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 subwoofers is quite appealing. Perfectly drawn-aluminum subwoofers call up for excellent sound quality, featuring smooth and overall simplistic design. Do not mistake Kappa for complication because it is way more than that. The cone is rigid so the fuzzy sound output will be avoided at all costs. It is also rather light weight which is a good indication it is responsive to high sensitivity levels; definately a plus.
So how did Infinity exactly construct this piece of scrap metal (far from that) you are most likely wondering by this point. An aluminum cone is used mounted to a precision die-cast aluminum basket via a high roll butyl surround. The basket is vented to provide additional cooling of the motor structure.
