Horrible- i have had nothing but problems with my system in my business. It may be fine in a home enviroment or in a business that does not require more then 3 handsets - but i purchased it because of its expansion capabilities. I am looking for a class action suit to get involved in. I have the kxtg2000 main base and the kxtga200B handsets (6 of them). They reception on 2 of the 6 is terrible and sometimes 3 of them. We can not hear the static on our end - but our clients hear it. If they did not tell us we would never know. I think panasonic had a bad model - they will not fix it without charging me - even though i have had this problem since day one. They always give me temp fixes and or we dont realize they have gotten staticy again until a client brings it to our attention. I called my new doctor last week and it sounded the exact same way as when i call my business. I asked her if she was talking to me on a panasonic phone and low and behold it was the same model as mine. Panasonic has also replaced there base and given them temp fixes but the static keeps coming back just as in my salon. Anyone else out there? Panasonic has already replace my base but now that my one year is up they want to charge me to replace the hand sets as the next step - even though this problem was NEVER really fixed.
