Slow and unnecessarily complicated

Cons: Slow key response, unnecessarily complicated functions, difficult to review/delete old messages
The Bottom Line: If you're only concerned about clarity, this is a great phone. If you don't have the patience to scroll very slowly through various functions, steer clear.

This phone was recommended to me by an in-store salesman. I obviously should have researched cordless phones myself. To perform just about any function with this phone, you must have the instruction booklet with you for the first couple of weeks or so. And, even then, you have to go through so many keys to do what you want to do. The response time when you press the key pad is terribly slow. The answering machine functions are not user friendly. The recording quality is great but after having this for nine plus months, I still have trouble reviewing/deleting old messages. I've gone back to using my 10-year-old answering machine until I can find the time to research another. The ONLY redeeming quality this phone has is its clarity and distance.
