Pros: Small, light weight, LONG range, handset speakerphone is GREAT.
Cons: BATTERY LIFE IS TERRIBLE, fades in and out, works 50% of the time!
The Bottom Line: Great features, nice looking, overpriced, poor quality, don't even consider buying this phone!

I'm glad I found this phone for cheap on an auction site and didn't pay full price. About 50% of the time when I answer the phone it will be just static. I then have to hang up and hope that whoever it was will call back then I can answer on my sony cordless. If I do answer it (and it works) I'll have about 15 minutes to talk until the phone will beep and tells me to recharge the battery. I cannot think of a more over-priced worthless phone than this one. I haven't tried panasonic's customer service but I'm sure they won't want to hear anything because I purchased this off an internet auction site (even though it was brand new). I would definitely advise AGAINST purchasing this product.
