This phone is everything it claims to be. A great deal of functionality for the price. I purchased less expensive phones (like Citizen) with the same type of functions but the sound quality and the feel of a well built product was never there. Panasonic cordless phones have always been reviewed by professionals as quality phones with quality sounds and I have to agree with them. It feels solid, it works great, it sounds great. That's what a good cordless phone should be about.
It's only flaw is the call display being on the opposite side of the "keyboard" which means you have to constantly turn the phone around to see the results of some of the keys being pressed when programming functions (like speed dial). But all in all, I strongly recommend this product to anyone who understands that in life, you usually get what you pay for and believe that it is worth investing a little more on the long run (a lesson thought to me by my dear wife! thanks honey!).
