Lots of features which one would love to have on his/her phone a must buy

Cons: The base unit display doesn't show any information.
The Bottom Line: Lot of nice features .A must buy for any home user. the best phone in the 900 mhz range

I have been using cordless phones for quite some time but feel this one is the best.
It has great integration of caller id with answering machine and also good co-ordination between dialing from base unit and hand set. The caller id also allows you to dial a number from the list of numbers stored on caller id.
can configure the phone to find which calls are from same area code.
It has a good range too. I have tried talking with it from 100 ft inside buildings.
The handset is lightweight and also ergonomically designed I felt. The base dialing unit feature also adds a lot of advantages to the phone.
A nice feature which I liked about the ans machine is that when it plays messages it also displays the corresponding callers name and number on the handset display.. but only if the users number hasn't been erased from the caller id list.
The unit also allows the user to configure a lot of features like all the different kind of rings . The intercom feature works fine. So if you are working in your garden with the handset you can easily talk to people inside your house . That saves a lot of round trips between the garden and ones house. The intercom voice quality is also very clear.
The only problem is that if a number is dialed from the base unit then the number isn't displayed on the caller id display which is on the hand set. The hand set display could have been made better. The other problem that i faced is that the last dialed number stored on the handset is different from the last number stored on the base unit. They are actually the last numbers dialed respectively from each unit. So pressing the redial button from the base unit will not redial the last number from the handset and vice versa.
It would have been better if the base unit had a caller id display too.
