Pros: caller ID on back side,quality sound,very durable,long range,nice location for talk button,battery,
Cons: kinda hard to program, need manual,no support from panasonic,discontinued
The Bottom Line: great sound, all the features, very durable, great location for the talk button.

My kids break more phones than anybody. I have went through at least 3 phones a year till I got this one. The battery will last for a long time even if left off the hook. It will take a beating and still keep working. The only problem I've had with this phone is the hand set quit working today. I can not hear anything in the ear piece and the mic doesn't collect any sound. I took it apart. It had alot of water damage. It also looked like it had some soda spilled in it. I do remember about a year ago, that I had spilled a pop on it and my pc keyboard. I did notice about 3 months ago the #4 button would stick. I can't believe it took this long to go bad. I never did try to clean it till it went bad.
Panasonic is the only phone I will buy from now on
