| milehigh's Full Review: Panasonic KX TC1800 900 MHz - Cordless Phone |
I have tried at least 6 different cordless phones in hopes of finding one that actually has good sound quality and decent range. I've tried a Toshiba 2.4 GHz, AT&T 900 MHz Spread Spectrum, Bell South 900 MHZ and a few other forgettable cordless phones. Nearly all had poor sound quality as compared to a standard corded phone. I just about gave up after returning the 6th phone to Best Buy when I spotted Panasonic's KX-TC1801B (the updated version of the KX-TC1800B). I decided to give it a sKeptical try and found it to be a really great little phone. First and foremost the sound quality was top notch, nearly the same as our corded phone. The phones range works well in our small apartment complex and the charge time has been more than enough. It has all the common features you need in a phone and programming it is a breeze. My only regret is that I didn't buy this phone first.
