Pros: Takes professional looking photos and you don't have to spend a lot of money.
Cons: Battery life seems to get sucked up pretty quick.
The Bottom Line: This is a nice camera and simple to operate, remembering where I left it last is my only problem!

| BrendaMetcalf's Full Review: Vivitar EZ Motor 35mm Film Camera |
My Reason For Wanting A Camera:
I have a new grandson, born July 4, 2000 and I wanted a good camera that didn't cost a lot of money to take as many pictures as possible of this darling baby. I'm not a tight wad, However I am known for misplacing things and never finding them again. If it can be broken, leave it to me to do the breaking. The Vivitar EZ motor camera was in a price range that I could feel comfortable with if I lost it or misplaced it.
Performance:
For an inexpensive 35 mm camera, This is one nice camera and takes some professional looking photos. it is simple to load, You open up the film compartment, insert a new roll and the arrows line up. Next, push the advance motor button and the film will advance automatically. It comes with flash, You can choose to turn flash on or off with the same switch that opens the view finder. There is a date a print to set and this comes in handy for me as my memory is not as good as it used to be. When your pictures come back, You will know when they were taken.
Features:
Oversized viewfinder that permits you to compose pictures when wearing glasses (which I do). It is high quality Vivitar 35mm f/9 computer designed optics. Focus free, No focusing necessary; everything from 5 feet to infinity is in focus. Has a date a print which you can set to know when you took the photos. Easy motor allows you to advance your film after the roll is taken up. It also comes with a one year warranty which you must mail in. I will do good just to keep up with where I left it last, In that years time.
Weaknesses:
Honestly for the price, I have only one weak point about this camera, That is the battery life. Although I am careful to always turn it off after using it, The batteries seem to go dead very quickly. It doesn't matter what type I use, They all only seem to last a short time.
