Pros: great video/audio, tons of features, easy to use, slim and looks
Cons: no backlit remote, power button on machine should be digital.
The Bottom Line: i would reccomend it to anyone because of its features/appearence....u can practically buy 10 of 'em for each room in the house...its dirt cheap!

I recieved this for x-mas it was bought about 2 years ago...it was bought w/my home theater system. it has a lot of great features for...well...almost anyone thats wants a DVD player at this good price! some others that are $100 have not even half the features...i put in Now thats what I call music 10, it KNEW the name of the CD...WOW! i didnt kow it could do that...i have it hooked up via an optical audio cable and a monster cable S-video cable...its great. great for anyone!! dont go wrong for the price i mean its so good that you wouldnt believe it. i've seen like oritron, rca, theyre not too good. I always buy JVC, panasonic, Sony, and Yamaha.... in order best to worst, Yamaha, Panasonic, Sony, JVC, RCA, Oritron.
