| radheyward's Full Review: Toshiba SD-2300 DVD Player |
I've owned this DVD player for about a year now and have been happy with it. It generally has all the features that one would care to have in a DVD player.
I have 2 of the NUON games. The games are about the same quality as a Playstation and can be controlled from the remote control although the game hand controller that can be purchased separately is much easier to use. The games can be purchased on Amazon.com for $25 a piece. I only wish there were more games to pick from.
The DVD player is relatively easy to use. The multi camera angle, subtitle, and audio features are quickly accessed. It is easy to step through segments of a movie one frame at a time and use the multi speed forward and reverse slow motion controls. I like being able to zoom in (up to 16x) on images or shrink the size of the image down (our 61" TV seems too big sometimes)
There's other features such as strobe picture and parental locks that I don't use much but they are nice options.
