I am disabled and wanted to start a home business on the net. To do this, I needed a digital camera. Working from a limited income, I had the misfortune to chose this camera, because of the price. I took photos and hooked it up to the computer, after installing the software. I could not view my photos. I installed the software on 3 different computers. It would not work on any of them. Agfa customer service was slow to respond. I printed out and followed their instructions to make it operable. The unit still would not operate. I notified them of this, days later I was given another page of instructions. Again, I printed them out and again the camera did not work. I notified customer service, only to learn my case file had been closed. Closed, I had never even seen a photograph I had taken. They made no offer to replace the camera. Which I think should have been a viable option, since the camera had never worked. So it sits on the shelf, useless.
