| charlenep's Full Review: Pioneer PD-F1007 301-Disc CD Changer |
Looking for a CD player, I wanted one that would hold more then 10. I recently researching the CD players, and here is one I think has a lot of bang for the buck.
The Pioneer PD-F1007 offers LED display, this will give you the disc number, the title to the artist and the track title. When storing CD's, your Pioneer PD-F1007, will open the CD drawer on its own. When you need to unload any CD, it is quite easy. By using their number pad, you simply type in the number of the CD, press the unload button. The CD your chose will be in the front and ready for you to remove.
Output
Using audio cables, you connect in the back of the CD player. This allows connecting to a receiver. You can also connect to any receiver you may already own, as long as it is a digitally equipped. You can also hook up a CD burner and can hook into your television, creating a wonderful entertainment center.
Remote
A great feature with this remote, is you don't have to be sitting right exactly in front of the player. You can be on the other side of the room and point, press, and the infrared detector will catch the signal without any problem. I like this, sometimes you are not always sitting in the right position, therefore having to get up and point to use the remote. So if you are comfortable where you are sitting, you won't have to move. With some electronics, the user manuals are a bit confusing, but with this remote, the user manual offers an easy to understand set up procedure. One downfall on this is, to load a lot of CD's, like over 200, it will be a chore to load them all at the same time. Try loading a few a day.
Other Features
You get a random play mode, just set the time and load a single CD instead of your whole collection. There is a mode for setting the time. All of which helps you preview any CD before loading it into any tracks. Works great if you like to swap CD's with friends and you are looking for just certain songs. Without using the remote, you get a turn dial on the front of the player that allows you to select, remove any CD. Your volume switch is here and the jack for your headphone set.
Used as a Jukebox, this Pioneer PD-F1007 will allow you to set the time, organized all your music favorites to play at any time of the day, whether you are waking up, in the shower, eating supper or walking in the door.
What I really liked about this Pioneer product is as I mentioned above is the ability to utilize your other great electronic toys, such as your CD burner, your PC and even your televisions. Read some of the other epinions on this product, you will find some great tips and instruction on how to do so.
This Pioneer PD-F1007 can be a great addition to any entertainment center, especially for all the benefits you can get with all the possibilities of connections.
