| 2001's Full Review: Adcom GCD-700 5-Disc CD Changer |
The Adcom GCD-700 5 disc cd changer is simply the best there is at the price. The internal parts are from some of the top suppliers such as Burr Brown 20 bit dacs & Class A analog circuitry. The front faceplate allows access to all play options duplicated on the remote. You can easily change discs while one is playing. The front panel display gives you a constant simple readout of the functions. The rear panel gives you two analog output options: fixed & variable. Yo can hookup directly to an amp with the variable & use the adcom's volume control or fixed to you preamp or receiver. There is also a coaxial digital output to plug into an outboard D/A converter or directly to your cd recorder. I can not give the Adcom higher praise, but let it speak for itself, buy with confidence. FRF DHVCD Studios.
