The Aiwa XC-35M is a five-disc carousel CD changer. Its straightforward design is a welcome relief from some of the more complicated changers available. One of the best features of this player are the individual numeric keys located up front so you can easily enter the track number you want to hear. Separate buttons for each individual disc are conveniently located on the front panel as well, and are visually different from the track buttons. The XC-35M uses a 1-bit digital-to-analog converter that provides a clear signal. The optical digital outputs make it possible to connect to an external digital-to-analog converter, or directly into a digital recorder or receiver. The 20-track music calendar displays which tracks have played and which are remaining. The XC-35M is equipped with repeat and random play, and it comes with a remote control.
