Perfect for a teenager. Has AM/FM radio so when you get tired of listening to your CDs, you can listen to the radio some. Also has 30 station presets. Doesn't pick up one or two stations in my area that well, but picks up most just fine. Sounds great and comes with DSL (bass boost). Has standard repeat/random playback and is 24 track programmable. Has E-A-S-S (electronic anti skip system) to keep your cds from skipping. Works great. Has HOLD feature. This disables the buttons so you don't accidently hit them while its in your pocket. Takes 2 AA batteries and comes with built in battery recharger (make sure you use rechargable batteries though!!). Fairly durable. I've dropped mine a few times and haven't noticed any difference in quality or even any damage to the player at all. This is a great player and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great player at a great price made by a known high-quality company.
