I think this is one of the neatest products around. I couldn't believe the zoom on this camcorder. My daughter is in a activity called Colorguard/Winterguard. She performs on football fields and in school gymnasiums. I love the close-ups. I had never been able to achieve this until this camera. I was also able to take photos with this camera. I got great shots of different individuals during their solos. In this activity, there is a lot of movement. The guard is either performing with a marching band or just as a group in the gymnasium. They spin and toss rifles, flags, and sabres. The footage I have was very clear even with all the movement. This is a great camera to record those special moments.
