Mommy3S's Full Review: Canon Elph Jr. APS Film Camera
Canon has made a wonderful camera that is far superior to any that I have previously owned. The Elph Jr. has many features offered by much larger cameras yet it is small enough to stuff into a pocket. It's ease of use and light weight, along with it's compact size, make it the first camera I grab. The Elph Jr.has quickly become my favorite camera.
A few of the features offered in this tiny camera are:
Three types of prints. You may choose from the classic size (C print), the wide angle size (H print), or the panoramic size (P print). You can also have the date and time imprinted on the print.
Title Imprinting. You can have one of five titles imprinted on the back of the picture. The five titles you may choose from are I love you, Thank You, Happy Birthday, Season's Greetings and Congratulations. You may also select the language of choice in which to have these titles imprinted.
Self-timer shooting. Once the camera is set on a solid, stable surface, the shutter speed may be delayed with the simple pressing of a button. What better gift to give than one that includes all of your family?
Red-eye reduction. Built in to the flash is a reduction lamp that if set properly can prevent red-eye. It is about time, don't you think?
I highly recommend this camera to anyone who enjoys taking the pictures but hates dealing with the bulk of most cameras. The easy-to-understand instructions make this a gift that anyone can learn and quickly love to use.
