jlacson's Full Review: FUJIFILM Endeavor 210ix Zoom APS Film Camera
If you want an APS (advanced photo system) Camera for just under $100, I strongly recommend the Fuji Endeavor 210. I have this camera for over a year now and it works great. The picture quality is just as good, if not better than other APS cameras that costs a lot more. Out of the box, it simple to figure out how to use. It was my first APS camera. The film can only fit in the compartment if installed properly (I assume other APS cameras too), just put the film, battery, select the type of picture and you are ready to go.
The camera itself is quite durable. It's been dropped a few times and no cracks or dents at all. The flash is quite strong and I've seen good picture results on a fairly dark room.
The only thing that bothers me is a slight delay. Not a big deal but when you actually take a picture (press the button), it will be about a second to a second and a half for the flash to work or the picture to be actually taken. There have been instances when the people I was taking a picture of moved out of position assuming the picture is taken as I counted to three and said "smile or cheese". However, I know that the Canon Elph also has slight delay as well though I am not certain which is longer.
If you like something smaller and willing to spend more money on and APS camera, the Canon Elph Jr. may be a better choice.
Overall, I think this camera is simple, reliable, high quality, all that for about $70.
