I purchased Casio's QV10A digital camera as a first time digital camera user and found that it was excellent for learning how to use a digital. I purchased the camera at an auction well below the $500 price listed. I often used the digital to take shots before I used my 35mm camera. The Casio was very simple to use, there were well written and easy to follow instructions to help in using the camera and in uploading to my Mac. I really enjoyed using the camera and was able to let my 6 year old cousin take pictures too! There is enough memory to take and store images for an outing without having to use additional memory cards. I would highly recommend this digital camera for beginner's in digital photography.
