Pros: Delightful daytime photos with extreme clarity and superior color!
Cons: Camera shutter release button is quite sensitive causing it to sometimes shoot while focusing.
The Bottom Line: Concerned about the zoom feature? Leave it for the T4's compactness, durability, and clarity. With this camera, you don't need to buy postcards because you can take your own!

| tenl's Full Review: Kyocera T5 Super Weatherproof 35mm Film Camera |
Before actually purchasing my T4 Super, I owned several Minolta point and shoot cameras which were quite reliable and lasted me a trustworthy 6 years each. However, I was always disappointed with the amount of distortion in my photos due to the zoom feature. This camera does not have any zoom whatsoever but compensates for it through its spectacular photos. A few weeks ago I returned from a 33 day trip to Europe. Throughout my trip, I used 25-36 exposure rolls (Fuji, ISO 200) and would have to say I was extremely pleased and rather impressed with 90% of all my pictures. After such a wonderful trip to a place like Europe, having equally wonderful photos is important. I took most of my pictures during the day in sunny conditions and found these photos to be my best. With the same type of film, I also took interior pictures of churches and several evening shots which also provided nice results. Night shots, on the other hand, seemed to be more of a risk with many photos turning out slightly blurred due to camera movement. Whether or not this could be resolved through use of a tripod is probable, but unknown. The sensitive shutter release button were at times troublesome for having others take pictures of you however, it just gives you two shots of a memorable moment. Another problem I had was getting in the way of the lens. The lens just slightly protrudes from the camera body making it easy for a finger or the camera case to get in the way of the lens without you knowing (since you are looking through the viewfinder). These are minor problems that the photographer just has to watch out for. From the start, the camera was very easy to use and a great asset to my trip.
