| yadevolkram's Full Review: Kyocera FX-3 Super 2000 Film Camera |
I bought mine in Tenerife in about 1992. I had no previous experience with the brand, having used an old Pentax MX up until then. OK, it's a rather plasticy build, but it's light and has never let me down. The standard lens is a 50mm 1.9 and more than adequate. I have always found the metering to be fine.
The camera is a good piece of equipment and I now have a second-hand FR1 as well, which is obviously more substantial.
Would I recommend this camera? Well that depends on what it will be used for. For general photographic use it is fine, but the mirror noise can be intrusive and does tend to attract attention.
