bobnewman's Full Review: Canon EOS Rebel G 35mm Film Camera
Because I use a variety of cameras and lenses to support my magazine articles and books, I am always on the lookout for new cameras that will fit the bill. I recently bought a Canon Rebel G kit and so far, so good.
One thing that I immediately noticed about the Rebel G is that it is a very light, handy camera that is practical and easy to operate. The first roll I ran through the camera was Fujichrome Sensia 100, which is what I use 90% of the time. Shot indoors and consisting mostly of face shots, it was obvious that this camera's designers had finally figured out how to get rid of that notorious "red eye," which destroys so many images.

I like this feature a great deal; too bad the Nikon N60 doesn't offer this feature.
The autofocus mechanism runs well with no malfunctions, which sometimes occur on some cameras, especially with resetting.
For a simple camera that gives you what it says it will give you, try this one out.
