Pros: Great sound, perfect for all types of music, specifically music involving pet sounds
Cons: It scratched my "Jingle Cats" CD, now it just sounds like cats being tortured

| Hendrx's Full Review: Alpine CHM-S620 6-Disc CD Changer |
If I were to be philosophical, and compare this to ANY item, I would put it above a hamster and below a time machine. No, but honestly, I've had this player for a while now, and its advantage far override its disadvantages. It plays six CDs, it changes back and forth between them relatively quickly, the sound quality is incredible, at least in that the CDs don't skip, and the system only breaks down every third month. I've had the problem of discs getting locked and jammed in the player until it malls them profusely, but the kind (and stern) people at Alpine assure me that this is not common, and knowing little about stereo utilities, I am inclined to believe them. Overall, it is a worthwhile player, capable of playing whatever your taste of music is even on the worst of roads.
