Kenwood just won't skip!!

I have owned a Kenwood CD changer for around four yrs now, and not once has it skipped. I live in a pretty rustic area so I hit a lot of bumps. I have gone through just about anything my car would take me through and not once has this CD changer missed. The changer is located in the trunk of my car, mounted under the rear dash, I have had the trunk slammed several times while playing music and it has yet to skip, I have even been pretty well rear ended with out a skip.
I now live on a campus that has several large speed bumps, we sometimes call them speed jumps. So I guess you can tell I have hit a few at a pretty good speed. If you have a CD player in your car or a portable type that you plug in and are sick of the skips and annoying static sounds I strongly recommend the Kenwood CD changer.
