Excellent unit

Pros: Had it since '99 and never had a problem. Reads even scratched CDs well

Cons: Gets pretty hot, but doesn't seem to be a problem.

Over all a great unit. I've had it skip on occasion, but only when I go over fairly sizable bumps and I drive a lowered 98 Mustang GT. I'll never own anything but Alpine from now on.
