| SarahMB's Full Review: JVC KD-LX1 Car CD Player |
I bought a '99 Grand Am and I have loved it, except for one thing... it didn't have CD player. A friend of mine had just bought the KD XL3. I fell in love with his from the start, and figured that's exactly what I needed in my car. I bought the KD XL1 because I didn't see the need for the remote with the way my car is set up. The CD player is great... Its got good sound, easy to use, and well lit for night time driving. A few of my favorite features include the list programing... you can program the name of your favorite radio stations, and with most CDs the Title of the album and the name of the song are displayed on the Player face. The Disappearing feature is great. A friend of mine was checking out my new car through the window... they made a comment that it didn't even have a radio... who could help but to laugh. Another great feature is the cruise feature.. the CD player is hooked to the alternator so when you speed up and more road noise is anticipated the radio volume increases. I love my El Kameleon and would recommend it to anyone!
