Pros: Easy to use with decent layout, excellent radio reception.
Cons: Will NOT play CDR's burned from computer, face plate sits loosely on unit
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it if you make your own CD's at home. The CD615X will stare back at you as if asked to generate cold fusion.

| av8r5's Full Review: Audiovox CD-615X Car CD Player |
I was ecstatic to finally get a CD Player for my truck - a Christmas present from my wife. All the details after that paint a picture spiraling downhill into a pit of solemn doom. While the stereo receiver is above average on both the AM and FM bands, picking up stations 100 miles away, the CD player will NOT PLAY A CDR! The factory GM unit in my wife's Blazer will do even that! What was Jensen thinking? Everyone burns CD's these days and the folks at Jensen don't realize that? I am taking this to get my money back and put with the rest of my Christmas money to purchase another Din & 1\2 half unit from another manufacturer to suit my needs. There are not very many models to choose from to fit the opening in my factory location and I hope Jensen realizes this next time instead of creating another afterthought stereo.
