WARNING: This will not be full of technical jargon. This will be your average Joe Blow's opinion of an in dash CD player.
I received this model of in dash CD player when my old one got stolen out of my car. My insurance this was comparable to the one I had.
I love this product. It is easy to program the radio stations. You can either leave the ones that have the strongest signals(the player will then set your buttons to those) or choose your own.
It has bass boost(which is strong stuff). With a touch of a button, I can rattle the windows of my car.
It is also easy to program the clock--which is not always an easy task.
The stereo comes with a small remote control. I must admit, I have not yet used it but I wanted a potential buyer to be aware of the fact that it is there.
It also has a detachable face--which is a must as far as I am concerned. The alarm is nice to. You can set it to go off if you leave the face plate in the car. Once the car is turned off and if the face plate is still in, a beep will go off to remind you to remove it.
CDs go in easy and with a quick touch of a button, they come out smoothly.
I have also found that when I drive over rail road tracks or pot holes, the CD rarely skips. That is great!!
I am very pleased with the product. I just hope this one does not get stolen too.
