The Pioneer DEH-P8000R is the first cd receiver to use an organic electroluminescent display. And I'm glad they did. The brilliant colors and full-motion 3D animated graphics make my car vibrant and glowing. The 10-band spectrum analyzer allows you to check your music's frequency response curve. The DEH-P8000R is also CD-R compatible. Which is great for people who copy cd's or make a mix out of their downloaded mp3's. A remote is supplied for the convenience of the passengers in the back who wish the change the channel or song. A definite plus for this cd receiver is the detachable, motorized face with allows you to remove the face and take it with you. A thief can't steal something he doesn't see. Another feature is the CD Changer controls that let you use a CD Changer with your receiver. It also comes with a one year warranty which is good for the careless like myself.
