Great Value For The Money

Best price is about $499. Good receiver for money and has a very robust amp section. Plenty of inputs also has 6 channel input for future upgrades in DVD. This has plenty sound fields to play with. The remote I don't like but have heard others getting used to it over time. There is no short order of adjustments with on screen programing and is somewhat user friendly. The front is good looking and has a rather low profile and will fit in a cabinet better than most others. It's built pretty tough and should last you a long time as Yamaha is a reliable company.
