WOW, the first time I heard this sub/satelite combination I was amazed at how the little speakers sounded. I thought for sure that there had to of been some other speakers hidden behind the tv or in a closet somewhere. That was not the case. The subwoofer included in this package is amazing and it only has an 8" woofer inside of the little sub box. The rear surround speakers are unique in that they have their own mounting brackets attached to the back. They are capable of being mounted on the seiling or wall and adjusted with ease to achieve the maximum sound. The front and center channel speakers are very bright sounding with highs that will pierce your ear if turned up to high. At $699 through crutchfield I would recommend that anyone interested in a good fairly cheap solution to home theater to go buy the sub/satellite combo before time runs out. Matthew Polk of Polk audio has definately done his homework on his speakers. Polk is top notch in my book.
