Pros: sweet sounding ..imaging is so nice
Cons: there only 32 pounds...lightweight...they are not hard hitting bass speakrs
The Bottom Line: buy these speakers if u can ever find them

ppl ive been an audio gear lover since i was a boy. ive owned so many different receivers and speakers icant even think to count
Although since the early ninties i had a love for klipsch speakers since i bought my first pair of kg 4.2 's from good guys..threw out the years ive owned dozens of klipsch speakers.. i always loved the hard hitting bass of the heavy passive radiator floor speaker.
Now here we are in 2008 and craigslist is available to us all..and anyone that spent time there knows the great deals u can find if u watch it enough. I just so happened to find a pair of paradigm monitor 7's locally here..the picture showed them dusty and a bit scruffy..when i went to the sellers house they were actually very attractive speakers..and when she told me take them for 100 bucks i couldnt open my wallet fast enough
so i got them home and hooked them up to my denon integrated class A amp..........omg the sweet sound that i have longed for for so many years..the clearity and imaging these speakers produce are so sweet u want to listen to them all the time.. no they wont pound bass like a vintage klipsch speaker..or even come close to the klipsch RF series in bass performance..but who needs floor speakers like that when we have so many subs to choose from..the klipsch cannot imaage like these paradigms..i love my 150 dollar system i purchased off craigslist..including the monitor 7's , infinity sub and my denon class A integrated amp.. If you can find a pair of these speakers anywhere SNAG them up as fas as u can...AND NEVER SELL THEM..they are a delight
