Pros: Very natural colors
Cons: big gawky box
The Bottom Line: A workhorse built like a tank, outstanding picture and sound.
The size is annoying; but who cares about that? (except the guy putting it in)

This unit was installed by me on 4 seperate occasions. I was impressed withthis unit because the natural colors displayed were outstanding. Even on a 100" screen.
The construction is well above avarage, and denotes the high price.
Inputs and outputs; plenty. Component, optical, rca digital, svideo, and composite video.
Ok- heres what sucks-
This is a high end player for high end systems; so mabey it was my fault for assuming it would fit in a standard high-end rack application. This thing is big, and wide, thanks to the wood side panals that dont match anyones stuff. High end systems usually dont have more than one Pioneer Elite component so you have one wood non-matching unit.
The remote is the worst Ive seen. Panasonic entry level remotes are FAR better.
The only other bad thing is music playback. A little bright.
Overall- I like the unit for its performance.
