| dnp4466000's Full Review: Pioneer DV-09 DVD Player |
I own this Pioneer Elite DV - 09 unit for about three years by now (I bought it when it was just released). This is a TRUE REFERENCE DVD PLAYER up until now. Amazing that for three years of DVD evolution no other companies could come up with at least closer Picture and Audio quality that you can find in Pioneer Elite DV-09. YES DVD players become a way cheaper and you can get some junk box that capable of reading DVD discs for around $150.00 today, but if you looking to get best of the best, look no further. Pioneer Elite DV-09 and the new DV-38A is a true winner of top of the line DVD players contest. I own other top of the line DVD players, such as Toshiba SD9100, Panasonic DVD-H1000 and Sony DVP-S7700 but DV-09 is far more superior in quality and design.
Yet if just want to watch movies stored on DVD and do not have top quality system setup, you better get a decent DVD player for about $300. Otherwise the lack of audio/video high quality equipment will hide all the benefits of Pioneer Elite DV-09 reference series DVD player.
