Great "entry level" DVD player

Pros: great features, easy to use, component video output

Cons: noticed a lip synch problem a couple of times

The Bottom Line: I'd definitely recommend the player: great picture, VERY easy menus, great sound, and inexpensive for the features.

It's a great player overall. I didn't spare the $60 for the component video cable, and I LOVE the picture. Rented Blade Runner to try it out. The picture was very sharp, clear, and the colors were beautiful. I did notice a couple of times that the sound was out of synch with the picture, but it might have been the movie, because SRV played beautifully. The menu's are very easy to use. The speaker setup option is a great feature especially for those like me with an odd speaker arrangement for a home theater. And best of all, it was pretty cheap for such a good player.
