I bought this stereo for my son for Christmas. What was I thinking? The stereo itself is really nice, but I have heard it non-stop since he opened it and hooked it up.
It was really easy to hook up. He had it playing it no time. It is very easy to use. I'm not real big on electronic equipment, but I had no problem using it. It has a 3 CD changer. I thought this was convenient. I've never owned a stereo that played more than 1 CD before. It also has 2 tape decks. This is great for me, because I mostly have tapes, and only have a tape deck in my car. I can put a CD on tape and take it with me. It comes with a battery powered remote control! This is convenient, but it's making us a little lazier. It is pretty small for a stereo. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space. It packs a pretty good punch to be so small.
The sound
It sounds great. It has an equalizer, and the bass really thumps. Believe me, my son keeps it thumping! When he's not home, I like to listen to my own music at a normal level. The sound quality can't be beat for the price. I paid about 150.00 for this little system.
