I bought this system for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves it. She had no problem putting it together, so I'm assuming it's easy to install. The sound is great, especially for the price. I picked it up at Best Buy for $149, minus a $10 mail in rebate. The bass and treble functions are great. The cd player seems a little slow, but works great also. The only complaint I think is in the design of the remote. You have to hold down a shift button to do many of the extra functions on the cd player. Pro's include hookups in the back for extra speakers and extra cd/video input.

A+ quality from AIWA, and a great buy!
