The Bottom Line: Considering what the so called 'yuppie' system really cost ( over $8K for speakers alone) You get a Complete, SOUND system for you entertainment system for under $3000

Regardless what others might say, The IS a reason why Bose is in business. I had an old (3 years) system (Sherwood) which recently died on me. I've been wanting this system for awhile and finally made the investment. Absolutely no regrets. Although at first I had to play with speaker positioning, once I found the right spot per speaker..It all lined up. I can't stress how happy this has made not only me , but my kids and wife. Another user on Epinions put this way... its a sound investment. It is. I expect I should be happy for a long time even after Dolby digital surround has been replaced. I got them on ebay for $900 cheaper than Bose direct...
